I often think how this problem could be addressed. But, I don’t find any solid solution. May be talking about the child sexual abuse could help. Empowering the child and creating an environment where such vulnerable children can talk about such incidence is important.
In fact child understands a good touch and a bad touch but, he or she does not have the vocabulary to share it with someone and the skills to oppose it. I think working on these two aspects can improve the situation.

it is so sad to know that parents can treat their children like that. don't understand why people become so heartless and think of nothing but themselves. why only jail for the stepfather, such a sin should be punished with death. imagine how hard it must be for the girl to recover from her trauma.
This world is changing, people are born and people die, one day, you will have to part with life as well, nothing lasts forever, except the love the you leave behind in this world. It will keep vibrating in the realm of this world and inspiring generations more until eternity.
